Turnkey centrifugal metal casting mini-plant
- The centrifugal metal casting mini-plant is a compact production line designed to make pipes, bushings, rings, and blanks with a high-density structure. The process is based on pouring molten metal into a rotating mold, where centrifugal force distributes the metal evenly across the walls and produces directional solidification.
The equipment package includes: Melting section
- An induction crucible furnace for melting ferrous and non-ferrous metals, with advantages such as stable heating, precise temperature control, and high energy efficiency.
- A power unit (transformer and control cabinet) that supplies the furnace, adjusts power, and manages melting modes.
