Russia — lab, Bryansk (2020⁠–⁠2022)

The first trials of vertical V-process molding and lost foam casting: a lab-scale flask, foam patterns, testing the refractory coating, and pouring the first parts.

Turkey — Istanbul, Bursa (2023)

Moving the proven process to a new site: setting up the workshop, testing equipment, the first castings in ductile iron and steel, and taking part in an industry trade show.

Azerbaijan — Baku (2023⁠–⁠2025)

A working production site: melting and heat-treatment furnaces, a mechanical molding line with 10 flasks, monoblock tooling with a closed sand loop, and series production for industrial customers.
