Who processes the data

The website is operated by the Modern Technologies H.R.F group of companies, including TOO Modern Technologies KZ (Kazakhstan) and the group’s other legal entities in the countries where it operates — their addresses and phone numbers are listed on the contact page. What data we collect

Through the request form on the website, we collect the data a visitor provides voluntarily:

• name;
• phone number;
• email address;
• country;
• area of interest (turnkey mini-plant, lost foam or V-process equipment, induction furnace, consultation, etc.);
• the message text.

The website does not ask for payment details, passport data, or other special categories of personal data. The form can only be submitted once the visitor has ticked consent to the processing of their data.

What we use the data for

The data submitted through the form is used to:

• contact the visitor by the phone number or email they provided;
• clarify the request and prepare a quote for the process, plant configuration or equipment;
• keep a record of sales and service correspondence.

We do not sell or pass on personal data to third parties, except where this is necessary to handle the request itself (for example, sharing it with a partner or a manufacturing plant while preparing a commercial offer) or where required by law.

How long we keep the data

Data submitted through the request form is kept for no longer than is necessary to handle the enquiry and the follow-up communication, or for the period required by applicable law. On request to our contact email, we delete a visitor’s data unless keeping it longer is required by law.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses traffic-measurement tools (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics) that collect anonymized visit statistics. This data is not directly linked to the data submitted through the request form.
