FENIX Molding Lines for Lost Foam and V-Process
FENIX molding lines are Modern Technologies' hybrid lines for lost foam casting (LFC) and V-process (vacuum sealed molding).
-
Foam Pattern Machines MT-400, MT-600, MT-800
The MT-400, MT-600 and MT-800 semi-automatic machines are Modern Technologies' equipment for making foam patterns in a lost foam pattern shop: they reproduce complex geometry, run on pneumatics with no hydraulics, and need no expensive press tooling.
-
Induction Melting Furnaces
Modern Technologies induction furnaces melt iron, steel, aluminum, bronze and other metals for foundry mini-plants and standalone shops.
-
Monoblock Flasks with Sand Circulation
Modern Technologies monoblock flasks combine sand filling, vibration, vacuum sealing, cooling and reclamation in one unit, with no separate stations for each step.
-
Foundry Sand Reclamation Systems
Modern Technologies builds sand reclamation into every monoblock flask, and also supplies it as a standalone system at 4-6 or 9-12 tonnes an hour for existing shops that want to close the sand loop and cut new-sand consumption.
-
Foundry Support Equipment
Modern Technologies' support equipment covers the pattern-prep and quality-control stations: CNC and hot-wire foam cutting machines, a dissolver for refractory coating, a VZ-246 flow-cup viscometer, foundry hand tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
How to choose equipment
Start from the process and the volume. Lost foam (LFC) needs foam pattern machines and monoblock flasks. V-process needs a FENIX molding line with a vacuum station. Size the melting furnace by casting mass and hourly output, and the sand reclamation system by the volume of sand in circulation. Not sure? Send a part drawing and the planned volume, and we will work out the set.
Frequently asked questions
Can equipment be bought separately, without ordering a full mini-plant?
Yes. FENIX molding lines, MT-400/600/800 pattern machines, induction furnaces, flasks and reclamation systems are all supplied on their own or as part of a turnkey mini-plant.
Are the prices shown on the site final?
Not always. For FENIX lines and some furnaces these are starting prices. scope of supply and final cost are fixed after technical review. Where no price is shown, it is available on request.
How do I get a quote for specific equipment?
Send a drawing, 3D model or photo of the part if available, state the material, planned volume and site parameters, and we will prepare clarification questions and a proposal.
Get a quote
Send us a drawing or a photo of the part. We will work out the process, the plant configuration and the price.
