Depending on the production task, AKU technology is applied either for activating water in concrete production, or for intensive processing of mixes with cement, sand, and slag when making foam blocks and special compounds. AKU-CONCRETE Cavitation water activation for concrete production The equipment is designed to produce activated water, which speeds up concrete curing and increases strength, density, frost resistance, water repellency, and resistance to aggressive environments. The technology improves the properties of cement mortars, increases their flowability and workability, and cuts cement consumption by more than 10%.

Ultra-fine grinding of components for foam blocks and special mixes The equipment is designed to process water, cement, sand, and slag in a single cavitation cycle. The result is ultra-fine grinding of the components down to very small fractions, comparable to high-grade cement characteristics, which produces stronger, more uniform, higher-quality construction products, including foam blocks and special waterproofing compounds.

How does processing work in AKU units? The process is built so the plant gets more than mixing - it gets deep technological treatment of the medium. This is exactly what sets ordinary equipment apart from an AKU cavitation unit. Loading the working medium A pump feeds a batch of process water into the loading conical tank. In the AKU-CONCRETE configuration, water goes in for subsequent activation. In the AKU-FOAMBLOCK configuration, grade 300 cement, construction sand, and slag are metered in together with the water. Entering the activator From the conical tank, the mix flows by gravity into the AKU activator. Here, intensive cavitation is generated, in which the water undergoes a phase transition and billions of microbubbles form. Molecular and mechanical treatment For AKU-CONCRETE, the output is activated water with higher process efficiency in concrete production. For AKU-FOAMBLOCK, the microbubbles mechanically act on the cement, sand, and slag, delivering ultra-fine grinding down to very small particle sizes. Cyclic repetition of the process After the first pass, the treated medium flows through a bypass pipe into a second working tank and repeats the number of cycles set by the process. This delivers a stable, predictable quality result. Automatic discharge At the end of the cycle, the unit automatically discharges the activated water or finished mix. The system then moves on to the next batch. The time between loading and discharge is minimal, which keeps the line running nearly continuously. Result for production The plant gets either activated water for more effective concrete, or a high-quality mix for producing foam blocks and special compounds. This improves the properties of the final product and delivers economics right at the production-cycle level.
