An innovative blow-fill unit with even distribution of material in the press mold

Standard systems use a sandblasting gun, which distributes the polystyrene unevenly. Thanks to the blow-fill unit, the press mold itself becomes simpler. Our unit works on the same principle as the fill systems of industrial-series automatic machines. In our unit the pressure is built up in a tank, not in the gun, so the press mold fills evenly. Using an ordinary sandblasting gun leads to defects: voids appear in the difficult areas of the mold, while in other places the material is over-compacted. Even pattern density means fewer defects and higher casting quality.
