UVET Production and Technology Model

UVET BUSINESS DEPLOYMENT PRODUCTION AND TECHNOLOGY MODEL

  • We invite our partners worldwide to join our UVET business model and set up joint ventures in different countries by organizing “UVET Technology Centers.” Opportunities for our partners: 1. Educational infrastructure: We propose setting up joint “UVET Technology Centers” at leading universities in your country, through laboratories and dedicated departments. 2. Technology demonstration: Your center will be able to confirm the effectiveness of UVET technologies under the real conditions of your region. 3. Testing across industries: Together we will test the equipment in livestock farming, poultry farming, fish farming, and other fields relevant to you. 4. Market potential assessment: Based on the test results, you will be able to identify the most promising directions for developing the technology in your country. 5. Research and marketing activity: The laboratories will carry out research, promote the technologies, and produce instructions and training materials for the local market. 6. Commercial implementation: The centers will be able to take orders for deploying UVET technologies, using equipment from the UVET catalog. 7. Specialist training: We will provide a methodology for training your specialists to work with advanced UVET technologies. Setting up such a center in your country will be the foundation for successfully deploying advanced UVET technologies, which are 15-20 years ahead of the current state of the art. We invite you to become our strategic partner and develop innovative solutions together on the global market.

The following divisions should be set up in the Laboratory: No. 1. Laboratory - Food and medicinal powders. No. 2. Laboratory - Pastes and paste-like products. No. 3. Laboratory - Balanced functional food products.

Purpose of the “Food and Medicinal Powders” laboratory:

  1. Research activity using two types of units : the UVET-005I industrial powder unit and the UVET-005S household powder unit.
  2. Marketing and demonstration :
  • Showing the equipment in operation to interested parties.
  • Producing promotional videos and operating instructions.
  1. Practical application:
  • Developing methodological materials and technologies.
  • Fulfilling orders for deploying process technologies. Equipment:
  • UVET-005I powder unit (industrial) for large-scale research.
  • UVET-005S powder unit (household) for testing under near-household conditions. The laboratory delivers a full cycle - from research and development to commercial deployment and technology support.

Key tasks: 1. Technical preparation and manufacturing: Developing the complete technical documentation package and organizing series production of powder units at the UVET equipment plant. 2. Certification: Ensuring the mandatory certification of the equipment. 3. Commercialization: Organizing marketing activity and sales of units to target enterprises. 4. Staff training: Training operators of the units and process engineers of the relevant workshops.

“Pastes and Paste-Like Products” Laboratory: The “Pastes and Paste-Like Products” Laboratory requires an AKU/30-PRESERVATION unit (with screw feed of feedstock into the activator) to carry out its key tasks: 1. Research activity: Conducting applied research and experiments with different formulations. Optimizing process parameters for new products. 2. Demonstration and marketing: Organizing demonstration runs for prospective customers and partners. Producing video and photo materials for advertising campaigns and technical catalogs. 3. Documentation development and training: Preparing detailed operating instructions and methodological materials. Piloting technologies before handing them over to production. 4. Commercial use:

  • Fulfilling one-off orders and small production batches using the new technologies. In this way, having this unit lets the laboratory not only carry out research but also actively commercialize developments, clearly demonstrating the equipment’s capabilities.

  • “Balanced Functional Food Products
  • Laboratory”:

The functional nutrition laboratory carries out the full cycle of developing and deploying specialized products. Main areas of activity:

  1. Product development: Creating highly effective finished specialized products from powders, pastes, and other ingredients.
  2. Certification and regulatory support: Drawing up technical specifications, certifying products, and preparing complete process documentation for production.
  3. Organizing pilot production: Launching trial batches for market research and assessing product effectiveness under mass-consumption conditions.
  4. Equipment development: Designing not only the core technology but also the auxiliary equipment needed to produce the developed products.
  5. Equipment manufacturing oversight: Handing off documentation to the UVET Plant, overseeing production, and delivering the finished equipment to the Factory.
  6. Production technology support: Laboratory specialists, together with the factory’s process engineers, carry out the industrial launch and ramp-up of new products. Related production facilities:
  • UVET Equipment Plant: Manufactures and supplies the main process equipment according to the UVET catalog.
  • The Factory: Carries out the final production of food and medicinal powders and balanced products from agricultural feedstock.

“Biomedicine” Laboratory: The “Biomedicine” Laboratory must be equipped with the AKU/30-BIOMEDICINE unit to carry out its key tasks. This equipment is needed for research work. It will also be used to demonstrate its capabilities to prospective customers and for marketing purposes. In addition, the unit is needed to produce instructions, training materials, and video content about its use. It is intended for the practical performance of the process operations described in the accompanying documentation.

“Heat Generation” Laboratory: The foundation of the “Heat Generation” Laboratory is the research AOP/30-HEAT GENERATION unit. This industrial heating unit is designed to efficiently heat premises and produce hot water, running on electricity or an internal combustion engine. It is used for scientific research, technology demonstration, producing instructions, and fulfilling specific orders. Thanks to its efficiency, the AOP is a key solution for energy-saving programs.
