Partnership with Shabyt Engineering

On 17 August 2025, TOO Shabyt Engineering and TOO MODERN TECHNOLOGIES KZ signed a partnership memorandum.

The partnership aims to build a long-term, mutually beneficial cooperation based on equal standing and respect for both parties’ interests, transparent decision-making, good-faith performance of obligations, and a fair split of profit and risk.

Areas of joint work:

• developing and delivering engineering and infrastructure projects;
• taking part in tenders and competitions;
• creating and promoting new technologies and solutions;
• marketing and exhibition cooperation;
• attracting investment for joint initiatives.

Under the memorandum, the companies are setting up a joint coordination council and plan to run projects that strengthen both parties’ position in the market.
